BROKER COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
Our role as your insurance broker is to provide you with the best insurance value that combines coverage, service, and price. When any issue arises regarding insurance coverage, we are your advocate, using our professional experience to represent your individual interest in the best possible way.
Brokerage compensation is part of your insurance premium. For your benefit, we have listed below the insurers who we represent and have included the range of compensation each provides to us as a percentage of your overall premium.

We also arrange insurance via licensed intermediaries in Ontario, including InsureLine Solutions Inc., which shares ownership with InsureLine Brokers Inc. Commission rates range from 7.5% to 17.5%, with no CPC agreements.

For us to maintain strong relationships with quality insurers, we work with each to provide the type of business they desire. Some insurers (noted above) recognize our efforts through a Contingent Profit Commission (“CPC”) program. Payment of CPC may depend on a combination of growth, profitability (loss ratio), volume, retention, and increased services that we provide on behalf of the insurer. CPC is not guaranteed.
